Shipping Policy update for clients outside of the USA
As we have quite a few orders by clients from Canada and other countries, we would want any clients who are international buyers to pay attention to the following notice:
- Your order may be charged import tax when it reaches your customs border control.
- We are not responsible for the cost of import tax, and we have no way to know how much your order will be charged.
- Remember, you are responsible for the import tax of your shipment if it would have, not us. If you chose not to pay your import tax, and the shipment goes back to us. You can only receive refund after we get back the package. Also we will only refund you payment amount after subtract the shipping cost.
- At the moment, we allow international buyers to make a purchase at our website. However, you must send us an confirmation email, or call us 703-217-7285 to confirm you acknowledge this notice, before your package left our store.
